Healthy Chili in 15 minutes
¼ lb ground turkey
½ c Westbrae Organic Black Beans
16oz Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatoes
¼ c diced red organic onion
1 clove organic garlic
1 TBSP Chili Powder
½ c Organic corn (optional)
¼ c cooked brown rice (optional)
Brown onion, garlic clove and ground turkey. Drain off any grease. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Serve plain or over brown rice.
