1c peanut butter/almond butter
1c Shaklee Energizing Soy Protein (Shaklee 180, Shaklee Meal Shake)
1c chocolate chips, raisins, coconut, gluten free oats or granola (see suggestions below)
½ c of honey (and or maple syrup)
Thoroughly mix together (be sure to mix all the soy protein in!) Shape into balls and refrigerate. Or, pat into a pan and cut into slices.
