
1 c. organic Peanut Butter (Almond Butter or Cashew Butter)
1 c. Shaklee Instant Soy Protein Mix
1 c. raisins, granola, crispy rice cereal, sesame seeds, mini chocolate chips/chunks, chia seeds, coconut, etc.
3/4 c. honey
Directions:
Warm the nut butter and honey in a pan on the stovetop. Mix in protein and whichever additional items you wish.
Press into pan, refrigerate to harden, and cut into individual bars. You can dip bars into melted chocolate as an extra treat!
For best results keep in fridge, or place individual bars in freezer.
