6-8 organic apples sliced (I use a combo of gala, pink lady, and honey crisp)
1/2 c organic dark raisins (optional)
1/3 c water
1 c organic, gluten free rolled oats
1/2 c Shaklee Instant Soy Protein Mix
1/2 c oil
1/4-1/2 c sucanat, brown sugar, or honey
2 tsp cinnamon
Place sliced apples, raisins and water in a greased 9" x 13" pan. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle over the apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold!
