1 ¾ cup flour (I use a mixture of Garbanzo Bean, Potato, Tapioca, White Sorghum, and Fava Bean flour for a gluten free mix)
¼ cup Shaklee Instant Protein Soy Mix
2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
¼ cup organic Earth Balance Margarine
2/3 cup Rice Dream, Soy, Almond or 2% Milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, instant protein soy mix, baking powder and salt. Cut in the margarine and cut until smooth. Pour Rice Milk in and stir to combine. Scoop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool briefly before removing and placing on a cooling rack.
Makes 12 biscuits.
