Spaghetti squash
Ingredients:
Organic Spaghetti Squash
Water
Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce
Salt (optional)
Pepper (optional)
Olive Oil (optional)
Our recipe of the day is for pasta lovers. Try this for healthy Spaghetti!!
Slice spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds and place flesh side down in a Pyrex dish. Add 2 cups of water, cover with aluminum foil and cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. You can season with salt, pepper and olive oil if you prefer.
Warm up your favorite marinara sauce. When squash is cooked take a fork and scoop out squash, it looks like cooked spaghetti when done.
Top with sauce and garnish with Parmesan Cheese.
